10m Cat.6 UTP LS0H Blade Booted Patch Lead
The Cat 6 lead is a standardised connector which contains pairs of twisted copper wiring, used for transporting ethernet between a modem, router or switch to a device. The Cat 6 marks the evolution from cat 5 and cat 5e but is backwards compatible with both these and the cat 4 range.
The cat 6 is designed to help reduce crosstalk and electronic interference with your connection, better than its predecessors. It has a performance of up to 250 MHz, a big difference from the 100 Mhz of the Cat 5.
This durable lead has a sturdy LS0H sheath, which is a considerable safety feature as it has reduced smoke and zero halogen emissions if it is exposed to high levels of heat. Another feature worth noting is the protective boot casing which prevents against snagging, which can cause damage to your furnishings or the wire when moving it around.
10 metres of sturdy cable makes this lead ideal for manoeuvring a home network system, as well as in the office or an industrial building where long-distance cables are needed.
The 10m Cat 6 UTP LS0H Blade Booted Patch Lead provides premium quality and reliability, as well as optimum performance levels for complex cabling installations.
The cable is available in a choice of colours to suit your aesthetic needs or to make organising your network system easier. Choose from grey, red, yellow, green, blue, black, white, orange, pink and violet.
